Hey, it's Ady here. I started working in recruitment in 1996. My first role was Tech recruitment at an agency in Central London. I was covering IT contractors in the banking sector . A few years later I branched out into working exclusively with Dot Com companies, helping them build quickly and achieve investment goals. When that popped in 2001 I started Gamesrecruit, my first business. As the name suggests by this time I had moved into Video Games Recruitment. It was here I would stay for the next 15 years, heading up Talent Acquisition for companies such as SEGA and Disney, running teams of recruiters in the US, Europe and Asia.
In 2016 I joined Unity Technologies, a game engine company, founded in Copenhagen but ran out of San Francisco. I think we had around 650 employees at this point. It was here I first started recruiting for Machine Learning roles for Danny Lange and began my fascination with AI. More importantly it was also here I met my colleagues at AI-recruit Sean Canning and Alisa Charles. We would go on to see Unity through an IPO (The first virtual ringing of the bell, during Covid). Unity shares (NYSE) would go from $30 to just over $200 within a few months and by the time we all left they had a workforce of over 8500 people in over 20 countries.

In 2025 I joined forces with Sean and Alisa and an idea was formed to bring the high level of recruiting we had overseen at Unity and offer it to all companies in a flexible and affordable way. It is more than just finding people, the real skill is finding the right people, companies live and die by the talented people they employ. Our goal at AI-recruit is to give you access to the most experienced recruitment team in the AI sector. We are scaleable, flexible and affordable and hope to offer solutions to almost all hiring issues that come about when operating in this competitive industry.

In the past 12 months we have helped AI Start Ups at early stage (some pre funding) grow from a handful of people to 20+ and worked with much larger companies to grow out whole projects.
